Texas and Tennessee. They kept some draft risks. Jay went crazy in the portal, though.

So did Texas and Tennessee.

Right now, from a recruiting standpoint lsu, Tennessee, and Texas are playing a different game than everyone else.

I never thought i could find baseball entertaining, but LSU has brought me more entertainment and excitement in baseball than they have football over the last 3 years.

When that ball went just over the center fielders reach, i went nuts lol

It helps that the long ball is back in play

But you have to win in every facet and LSU is better than anybody at every facet

I guess portal players are factor in this? Because LSU and Tenner were tied in bringing in the most top 100 HS players to campus by perfect game this year. Which says something considering lsu was hit pretty hard by the draft.

The SEC is the only place that puts major resources toward college baseball. Some ACC schools kinda half-arse it for baseball.

Jay is the Saban of baseball. Workaholic driven to succeed on all facets of the game. We all just have to have complete patience, confidence and trust in Jay during the season as he shuffles the lineup and we occasionally lose a few as he determines what is the best lineup for the post season. He absolutely has earned that and more.

This is absolutely positively 100% spot on, so I’m scratching my head wondering who the 3 morons are that downvoted this. You dumb asses know who you are; kick rocks and step in dog shite.

ACC schools

Miami, Florida State and N. Carolina are traditional baseball powers. Traditionally college baseball has been a Southern and west-coast sport; I'm not aware of any northern or Midwest school excelling in the game

I know what people mean by this and it’s high praise but Jay’s better in a number of ways.

Savannah obviously stacked the ships, like Jay is doing but he was also a miserable cvnt. Seems like Jay’s having the time of his life out there. I’ll take CJJ any day.
