LSU has been a top 5 program the past 2 decades.
We haven't had a season with less than 8 wins since 1999.
We have had national title winning head coaches since 2000.
We just won our 3rd title of the young century fielding the greatest college football team in the history of the sport (arguable).
We currently have the 3rd most talent on NFL rosters out of everyone in FBS.
This season sucks, but anyone who thinks LSU is a "laughingstock" or a "one hit wonder" isn't even worth the time it takes to laugh at them.

L S U will recover and find a comfortable niche right in the middle of SEC West. But TigerNation should be proud, the tigahs achieved greatness for one season......the 2019-2020 NC. They accomplished what a lot of teams can only dream of. Having said that I say...........

But last year is over...... this teams show zero excitement or passion and lacks leadership and the basic fundamentals like blocking and tackling.... why people may be laughing is that there is still a ton of talent on this team and they are not being coached properly.........

Hey, let's cut out the illusion and excuses here, LSU is a really bad football team. Not much of a return for all that massive capital outlay for those improvements to the Football Operations Center. LSU has one of the finest facilities in the SEC, certainly equal to Bama. I mean if you factor all this in, then somewhere along that chain there is a very weak link. Hey, I would argue that weak link broke and now LSU faces a dismal season (at best).

Not a laughing stock by any means Informed, intelligent people that understand sports understand you cannot lose that many starters and support staff combined with a pandemic and compete in a very competitive SEC. We will be back. #foreverLSU
