We can have any coach we want with the possible exception of Saban and Smart. So why is our minority president demanding the hiring of Mel Tucker, a minority and wholly unproven candidate?

i don't like our president inserting himself in this when its solely the AD's job....I don't care who they hire as long as its based on merit not solely on race. I like Mel Tucker but like OP is insinuating his sample size of a HC is very small...he isnt really unproven based on his craft just small sample size as a HC...IMO with the amount of talent we have on Offense, the unpopular Lane Kiffin would do work here and i promise you Saban would be more worried if Kiffin was at LSU than he is at Ole Miss
