How often has a top 25 team beat another top 25 team and win by 20 over the spread drop in the polls?

I guess they felt that they couldn't move us past Ole Miss, but had to make room for UF. It's bullshite, but meaningless at this point.

It was all pretty fair until you realize BYU stayed ahead of us after a bye week. I think dominating aggie is more impressive than sitting at home.

It’s irrelevant in September. The beauty of our schedule has always been that we only have to win to have a chance of competing for championships. We don’t need any help from voters or polls, just win our games

AP voter psychology is very simple. BYU undefeated, LSU has loss, BYU deserve to be higher.
I’m also annoyed that Indiana is still top 10. You can’t be in a 2 point ball game with 2 minutes remaining against Northwestern at your home stadium and still be regarded as a good football team.
Another one that annoys me - Florida being behind Alabama. How can you possibly compare those teams through 4 weeks and have Alabama ahead?
