the cord did appear intact without significant transection.

This was posted in an update this morning from Chico's mom. At least they know its not a complete injury.

Report is wrong, Chico was airlifted. Children(as of last night) were not severely hurt. One had a broken wrist and the other one was going into surgery for a busted up knee. That's all I know.

I am glad you know Chico, but you are not aware of the children or the extent of their injuries. Both injuries to children and parents were severe, though not as severe as Chico's. I will not go into detail on extent of injuries however both children are in ICU at OLOL. And not for simply a busted up knee or broken wrist.

Good guy, has treated my kid with respect. Deserves all the help and support the Tiger Nation can dish out. B+ headed that way tomorrow.

Chico is a great guy and I was so shocked to hear what happened to him. I love seeing how the LSU community is stepping up for him

You can buy this shirt for $20 and all proceeds go to offset Chico's medical costs. Wear it to the first home game.
