What I find interesting is if Miami is ranked 6th & LSU is not ranked, why is the line only -3.5 Miami? You would think it would be at least -7 or higher. I understand the neutral field and all but that’s a close spread for teams that far apart in ranking.

Just for the record, admin has already checked on that. Not melting, we are going to have a great season. And for a bonus, it will be hater free on here for a while.

And strength of schedule is even more important than ever. Just in case LSU doesn't win the SEC, we need our opponents to be a good as possible. So, people need to get used to cheering for teams on LSU's schedule when they're playing teams we don't play.

The stupid thing about most polls are they consider a harder schedule a detriment and rank a team lower while a team with an easier schedule gets ranked higher because there are fewer tough games. Instead of the product on the field and competition faced it comes down to predicted wins and losses.
