Did they switch out the judges after the second rotation? They certainly loosened up the scoring for both Cal and LSU, at least.

Again, so shaky for absolutely no reason. We are dropping a 9.9.

It wasn’t the judges, it was the gymnasts. They settled down.

Most importantly, our team is a smoke show by comparison.

What a beam rotation. It says all you need to know about the team. They are ready.

They’ve got to remove that second LSO from Aleah’s routine.

And Aleah’s 9.8875 was dropped. She should have been tied for 7.

Seems that way. Did Cal really earn all 9.9s on bars?

This team is beautiful and not just in looks. Konnor and Haleigh are two of the most graceful gymnasts I’ve ever seen. Haleigh has a little more power, but Konnor is an absolute work of art on beam and bars.

Oh, I know. I was mostly joking. It was just so jarring how quickly things turned around for both teams at the same time. The cream just rose to the top.

Ali Raisman - to be a 2 time Olympian, sure has no clue as to the analyst game. She’s horrible

Taylor Davis on the other hand - smokeshow

Gals in house gave me this below. After 3rd rotation:
148.3875 LSU
148.3000 Cal
Difference 0.0875

LSU headed to floor exercise. Down to LSU and Cal. LSU just needs to finish in top 2 to move to Final.

When she gets that stick crown and the Tiger culture wraps its arms around her she will be in purple and gold next year. She is from Pennsylvania so no big connection to Georgia.
