The stage is set. Every 4 years since 2003 we’ve been pretty freaking good.

2003 13-1 National Champs
2007 12-2 National Champs
2011 13-1 Runners up
2015 9-3 (little bit of a down year)
2019 15-0 National Champs *greatest team ever*
2023 To be determined. Schedule sets up pretty nice.

I’m so ready. Bring on the Noles

The championship isn't in NOLA (Houston is close enough), but the semifinal is. And we've got a second year coach, you know what that means.

It looked like this year was going to be a continuation of the "4 year theory." Lsu was undefeated, ranked #2 in the first college football playoff poll, and fournette was leading the Heisman race, then it all burned in Tuscaloosa

Livvy Dunne was born October 1, 2002. Ever since then, LSU has gone on its best run in program history.

Coincidence, I think not.

I remember thinking they should’ve absolutely fired Les after that 2015 season & it’s crazy to think it was still a 9 win season. For some reason, it finally became obvious that Les could not beat Bama & was holding us back.

If you start in 2003...this year would be year 21.

Better just to say last 25 years and include the 2001 SEC champions, and this year and next year.

that 3 game losing streak towards the end of the 2015 season was so bad he absolutely should have been fired after the A&M game

November 2015 was probably the most embarrassing month for LSU football until the latter two Orgeron years. The team literally quit.

You may be on to something here. LSU's next game was at Florida in the swamp at night on ESPN. LSU proceeded to stomp the shite out of the Gators 36-7 and things haven't been the same!

So it looks like we must protect Livvy at all cost. She got a bedroom open at my house any time she needs it. I will just let the wife know I must sleep in her room for protection purposes of course when she comes over we got to many more championships to win.

And that down year had potential to be "that" year. Fournette's breakout year, star studded defense, but Les miles offense just held us back. Otherwise had all the pieces for a run imo
