They are NOT RD's or "REAL DOCTORS" as my brother-in-law the dentist says.

Maybe not, but a dentist with a thriving practice isn't exactly worried about his future either.

as a current dental student, you can say i wont be a real doctor if you'd like but just so you know dds > md... i will make more money, work less, not as much government involved, and be my own boss so with all that being said, call me what you wish

Inferiority complex. Almost as true as the nurses that claim "I could have gone to medical school..."

Mike Robichaux, an all american def. end is an ENT in Raceland,LA. Was also a state Senator

My mom used to work for him, he is a really good dude. His life was threatened when he was Senator. Actually had his medical office shot up.

Fritchie, couldn't remember his name. He did surgery on my wife's knee right before he died.

I was a pharm. rep working the "Bayou Territory" He was a pleasure to call on and I do remember his nurse was very pleasant as was the entire office. I remember him saying he had not attended a game in years. Hopefully, with recent success he had a change of heart. Coming out of N.O. and working that area every few weeks was a real treat!

Dexter Gary - retired Ortho in Houma. OL in 59-61 (freshman in 58, so didn't play on NC team). His daughter is married to Mickey Guidry (QB at same time as Hodson)

He is my cousin and you have the years off slightly. He graduated from Kaplan High in May of 1959. Freshman year was 1959. He only played 1960 and 1961. Skipped his senior year to enter med school.

Mike Blanchard had the highest gpa in LSU Med School history the year he graduated. The most intense/dedicated person I have ever met. The guy is an awesome person to boot.
I knew both Nacho and Mike and I can say that both are quality men that would bring honor to the University
