Really concerned about the secondary

Agreed.

If our DL is legit, the secondary can be somewhat protected by not having to send extra guys to create pressure.

He hit homeruns cuz he was incredible at setting up his blocks not because he was fast. he ran like a 4.6 or something at the combine.
watch him with the Bengals his first year. Doesn't matter what the official time said.

He's reliable depth.

Just hoping he’s more than a Robert Toomer type back

It’s not good to to hear Converse missing practice time. I think he and Banks are being counted on heavily to shore up our secondary. I believe Banks is coming off an injury as well. We are razor thin at corner. I’m hoping Safety is a big improvement over last year and it should be but CB is very concerning.

Onto the quarterbacks. All three quarterbacks got reps with the first team offensive line, but Garrett Nussmeier got the first snaps when the offense was going through its plays vs the scout team and was also the first QB to get action as we were leaving and it was offense vs. defense. Kelly said the first week or so won’t decide anything, so make of this what you will.

This was from 247 on todays practice so not sure what Scarborough saw

fter watching some of his highlights from Penn state I disagree, he looks to have decent vision, shiftiness, and drives legs at end of play fighting for extra yardage. He looks to be able to catch as well so think Denbrock will use him a pass catching back as well. Cain is a durable back that just had some bad luck with injuries in his time at Penn st, he may be the healthiest he’s been in a while and think he will surprise a lot of people.

These football savants are just throwing shite against the wall. Happens every year. No one knows anything.

Alley Brousard had some of the best high school film I have ever seen! He had ridiculous speed and the ability to truck anyone! I think the highlights are still on Youtube...

Seems like he has decent speed, but won’t blow by you. Emory is definitely the home run back, but Noah seems like he can get tough yards and pound defenses.

Y’all do know that we had two practices that nobody saw correct? We don’t know who got the first reps there.

And emery is the starting running back. Hell, they haven’t even hid that

Daniels was not with the 1s today, at least during media time, idk who the starter will be but today Nuss was with the 1s, it's also been said that Nuss and Howard consistently throw the best balls. What I heard from someone there and 24/7 agree about 1s and 2s today. Don't know why people refuse to hear it
