Or he just doesnt see the need to press charges over a bar fight. A lot of people wake up the next day and lick their wounds and move on with their life. Not everything has to be about a lawsuit these days.

If it was just a simple fight. . .he shouldn't be suspended for more than a game, if at all.

Again, if you were too fricking stubborn to get in an ambulance after significant injuries to your body than it wasn't an emergency to you. It only became an emergency when you got checked out like the AMBULANCE wanted.

Oregon State had 4 players suspended back in 2004 for beating up a dude in the National Guard who was home on leave from Iraq. Suspensions happened right before OSU's big Civil War game against Oregon.
Of course, LSU >>> Oregon State, so this will make much bigger headlines if it turns out to be true.
