Yeah, as I pointed out earlier: (1) the guy in the picture is the Marine, (2) the guy who claims multiple fractures is the driver.

Yea the media can be assholes sometimes. They know that's gonna sell the most papers or get the most website hits so that's what they'll emphasize

the fact that one person in this situation was a marine doesn't matter to me at all.
if you don't want to watch this season because a marine was involved in an altercation, well thats on you.
if it turns out that the marine was at fault then what?
if it turns out that the players were at fault, well i don't think anybody here disputes that if evidence warrants it, they should be suspended or kicked off the team.

There are other sites like IGN that allow rumors and pictures. They are even have thread titles like "Bengal Tiger QB is a Scrapper". I am glad that TD does not allow people on here to post pictures of the people who got beaten up like the ones that are posted in that thread.
