If someone got in a bar fight.....meh
If someone pulled a guy out of a car and/or stomped on someone's head, they should be kicked off the team. Immediately.
I don't think their is any other way to deal with it.

Was discussed at length in pages 5 through 20 or so. MANY people refuse ambulance rides for injuries that may just need stitches etc. Ambulance rides are expensive.
A key thing is that severe injury such as loss of consciousness, disfigurment, or extreme pain is the difference between misdemeanor and felony

WTF does that have to do with anything?
well it kinda is a pretty big issue when some people are trying to act like they mugged a guy who was trying to drive out of a parking lot. It might not be the most mature way to deal with something but sometimes some people deserve a beating-doesnt mean they should actually get it but they do deserve it.

My guess would be that the cost of the ride had something to do with it. Can't say for sure. I just know people were treated at the hospital because of their involvement in this incident.
Pardon my ignorance, but how does that work? Does the EMS ask you for a credit card before taking you to the ER?
No but Imagine they're going to bill you for it later. It's actually fairly costly. even with a lot of insurance policies these days they're going to be out of pocket for the deductible unless they've already paid they're deductible for the year. I have an excellent HSA but I'm out of pocket for up to a couple thousand each year before the coverage for ambulance rides start.

I dont know about credit card but when my mom and sister and myself was involved in a very serious car accidet and my mom is in ICU with 3 broken ribs, broken wrist and punctured lung, the ambulance driver comes up to me at the emergency room and asks if I have a check to make out for $150.00 for the ambulance ride. May be that is why they refused to go in the ambulance.

Yea bullshite. If you are injured enough that you think you honestly need help you aren't thinking about price. You are thinking about holy shite skin is hanging off my face fricking fix it. I have been in ambulances for multiple stupid injuries. (concussions, sever broken arm in football, and severe dislocated shoulder.) there was no lets think this over. It was just where is the morphine.

That's kind of what I was getting at ... you've just had your arse handed to you in a barroom brawl and you're thinking about the price of the ambulance?
