For 10 years I have worked wrecks, bar fights, domestic violence etc. Many times if the person isn't on government funded health insurance then they refuse the ride and get someone to just bring them. I'm talking about a broken nose, lacerations, broken jaws, shite like that. Think what you want but I know what I've seen.

I used to skate a lot and have had broken, dislocated, and sprained several parts of my body and have never even called for an ambulance. Just because they were beat up and in mean pain doesn't mean they have to take an ambulance to safely get to the hospital. I don't know what was on they're mind but I doubt them skipping the ambulance ride is a sure sign that they're fakers looking for a payday.

So he has a busted lip, busted nose, and some scrapes on his forehead that is nothing. I'm glad I refused to believe that bzoner dude earlier who said this guy was popping Lortabs and looked like he had been in a horrible car accident.

Yeah it was during my 2nd year at LSU and before I went to Law School. Certainly had i known then I would definitely had a few choice words for the ambulance personnel. However, at that time I didnt know any better but to get my Mom's purse and write out a check to them. Happened right near Frost on that straight stretch of highway heading north towards I-12.

Guess we have each seen different things. I have never been on government shite, nor have my friends. A few of them have had their rides too.
