Or nobody wants to be known for screwing LSU's season up...
I sure as hell will not be known as the guy that helped implicate multiple players on LSU's team. The community backlash would be huge. Is it wrong? Probably but that is how society deals with athletes. It gets swept under the rug all the time.

When it is my athletes it really hurts. It is one thing to see another football player on the opponent football team getting in trouble, going to a Bar in the beginning part of a college football season is bad enough. That kind of a very stupid choice alone is enough to make the fans feel let down, fighting like an unruly low life thug is totally unacceptable. What has happen to the values of our students athletes. Do they all feel like being a good citizen is for chumps? On the crest of one of LSU's most important games, he goes and pulls something like this.

Which sadly will be the opinion of many no matter what the final result is. Even if the BRPD comes out and clears every single football player of wrongdoing, many people, including quite a few in this thread, will always say "I know what REALLY happened, LSU just paid off everybody to make it go away."
Like it or not, this story will live on for quite a while.

The game is OTB - off the board, for now.
For LSU bettors, this could bring more value to the line. Could make Oregon - 3 or even more.

He and Shepard. Definitely JJ would be the only recognizable one. Hell I have friends that call themselves LSU fans and when I told them I met JJ at Ross they were like "who?".. some people.

OUr players were far classier under Saban IMO.
