Just to add my 2¢:
Jefferson and any other players that were involved should be ashamed of themselves. Yes they should go out, yes they should have some drinks, but you ARE HELD TO A HIGHER standard than others and they DAMN SURE know that. I'm not defending the truck driver b/c I know he's not innocent, but when you are a celebrity you are expected to act as one. Especially when you have a class act for a coach that probably reminds you of this on a constant basis.
If Jordan or ANY OTHER player did what people are alleging, than I am all for multiple game suspensions. I want to win at all costs and bleed purple and gold yes, but this goes above and beyond football. You curb this shite right here and now so these young STUDENT-athletes don't end up like others have recently. (SEC and other schools)

I find it kind of sad that the most leadership Jefferson has shown at QB comes from leading the team in an assault on a marine and his mentally handicapped girlfriend trying to deliver a box of kittens to old ladies at a retirement home.

Per someone who was there the guy stepped out of the car on his own. Talked shite, got hit.
