I have never seen a group of people so angry after beating a team 35-10. Tulane ran for <100 and passed for <100. Chill the frick out.

You just figured that out?

Pot, meet kettle.

I don't think delusional so much as unrealistic in some of their expectations.

I somewhat agree with you LL. My only real complaints about last nights game were the fans booing Lee, Lee not showing improvements but regression, and the defense looking confused at times.

To me, it's nothing to lose sleep over however.

I just hope Lee can learn it is OK to throw it out of bounds if no one is open by the time Saturday rolls around.

It wasn't a pretty 35-10 win. We were far from sharp. Tulane is just that bad. I'm glad we won, and it was good to see some of those younger guys play.

delusional? whether anyone on here will admit it or not, we're all pissing our pance right now. Lee simply isn't ready, and don't get me started on our d.

I doubt you find much argument about this. However, LSU has NO CHOICE! Everyone needs to support the kid. He is in a very difficult spot.

Is there not a Bama Board? I for one will not chill out and Im pissed. The last thing I want to do is chill out and I hope Les Miles and the team feel the same way. Not knowing what endzone to defend on the opening kickoff is indication enough that the coaches and team have damn near frozen.

Lucky Les is making more sense than most of our fans on this board. Bama only beat Tulane 20-6. Does that make them fear playing us now?

How about getting a life instead of living on a LSU board?

Someone also need to tell the fans the game doesnt end in the third quarter. With a few minutes left in the third quarter you would have sworn that they had just announced that TS would blow up in 1 minute.

I guess winning NC's does this to some folks. While we have a long way to go to catch up with the Gumps on the delusion scale, we are certainly giving it 100% effort as fans. Im close to being embarrassed as a Tiger fan the way some folks are acting is just out of line.

Many fans have given up any chance of LSU beating BAMA because of the poor play by LSU in past games and a close game against Tulane.

Well BAMA didn't play so great yesterday against Arkansas State, nor Tulane.

Why are their close or uninspired victories against lesser or common opponents a basis for optimism while LSU's are not?

I agree, Les, on this board, you are beginning to smell. Go home, please.
