Say what you want, but he was shook when his girlfriend's grandfather passed, and everyone knows his social media re: Covid
I guarantee someone will try some gamesmanship of some kind

Brennan leading his team and setting the right example in these crazy arse times is now a bad reflection on him. And will make opposing DCs change their game plan.
Will somebody give Brennan the damn Covid playbook.
Oh wait.

Emery messed up in a drill in practice so he’s “lost”

People are actually imploding from the 1 drill that we've seen of Emery, where he has a few missteps on a bag. Emery is probably doing very well in practice and sometimes when you mess up early in a drill it is hard to recover the rep without just starting over. Seems like he was thinking a tad bit too much, so maybe the drill needs to be modified a bit.
I think we will continue to see intensity and focus obviously on fundamentals and repping game-live situations. Coach O will probably also spend a few days on focused practices, and make sure guys are getting the development they need. That seems to be his approach this season, is to really survey and make sure guys are getting what they need to maintain success. This will better help get everyone up to a game-speed. And guarantee a refined polished product come game 1.
The offense will probably be ahead of the defense as they were last year this time. However, once the defense gets its base alignment down and people know what to do in which situations, then Pelini will play around more with the many athletes we have. They've already installed quite a bit through the Zoom meetings in the summer.
Practice seems to be going well and Coach O said to some effect - "Monday was made to be a hard practice." In an effort to reiterate the mindset and get guys back into the swing from day one of camp. He did a full interview with TigerDetail yesterday.

Emery looked pretty rough in that one clip.
As I've stated before, personally pulling for Emery (no good reason, really), but watching him do that drill...

Which Clip I don't think I saw him or price in any of the videos, mainly curry (who seems to be growing into a damn monster) at RB.. though who is number 19 on defense he was recorded a lot im assuming the team expects him to step up.

Big Dog eat Big Dog. Chase / Stingley match-up must be a damn good show.
