not sure about the way you have the linebackers slotted.

Baskerville was 4th on the team in tackles last year and had a bunch of starts. He's almost a lock to start at one of the 2 spots.

Wait, is Todd Harris for real still on the team? No way...

In the doghouse. Penn has been getting most of the run with the 1’s but Baskerville is working his way back into the rotation.

I don’t know about the rest of you but I’m worried the secondary will be like last year. I say CB is still a need because of injury and talent. Safety ???????Injury prone. Sure OL if it is bad MF center or Guard.

Vegas has win total at 6.5. They are usually very close

Not with LSU recently.

2019 had 9 and 2020 and 2021 8. Also, not sure how much stock can be put into that in April.

That’s Vegas trying to hedge their prediction because of all the variables with this team but I can definitely see 8-9 wins. The September games are all winnable, they should be 4-0 heading to Jordan-Hare on October 1st. After that it’s Tennessee, Florida and Ole Miss. They split the October games that puts them at 6-2 for Bama, then they either run the table or lose to A&M.

This team is going to be much better than the “experts” are going to give them credit for.

I genuinely hope the "experts" continue to doubt this team. An LSU team with an underdog mentality is scary.

There's alot of players on this team who have something to prove and that goes a long way.

Anyone know why Frazier isn’t being looked at for RT or LT?
Short of picking up someone from the portal that is a starter on the right side - Frazier's pos will be the lesser of 2 evils.
He will play RG if one of the RT's - Dumey & Wire - would be better than one of the RG's - Delly/Kimo/Kardell/Bradford/Hill or hopefully Jones - would be. If that were the case then he will be at RT.

I'd still be more comfortable if Evans returned and we knew something about Soni.

I dont know if this is all going to work out. But from a talent stand point…………..Kelly coming in and putting this roster together after the mess he inherited regarding certain position groups is flat out impressive. The defensive backfield and Offensive line stick out to me. Again……it could end up not working out. But we were gonna be trotting out units that were gonna get obliterated in SEC play without the roster moves that were made.

Defensively lsu will be hard to block...which means lsu will atheist field a solid defense. On offense it's all about the qb....lsu will not win the college football playoff in 2022 but..going 9-3 or 10-2 sets them up nicely for 2023 playoff run
