LSU issued a comment today: “Per NCAA rules and procedures, LSU is unable to comment on any aspect of the ongoing case. We will continue to cooperate fully with the IARP as we work together toward a resolution

-Pete Thamel

Why is LSU cooperating with these cucks? Did they not see what happened to Oklahoma State when they cooperated?

Telling the to just frick off wouldn't be in LSU's best interest

So still no confirmation from LSU that the NOA was even received...

We have been "cooperating." If we want to compete in NCAA events, we have to say that and cooperate to some extent.

What we don't have to do is tell them everything we know.

This is exactly what that little POS Forde wanted. Media pressure, constant questions that have no answers which makes us look suspicious or even guilty. He should be sued.

Why do I get the feeling you would prefer us to respond like Ricky Bobby’s children from Talladega nights?

How about this:

First Draft:

Although we are required to be members of the NCAA due to our membership in the SEC, we often do not agree with their positions, their leadership or their policies, Including their blatant favoritism of some institutions over others, and completely inconsistent enforcement of the rules, which are also often contrary to public policy and common sense. If the NCAA is to survive the upcoming years, obviously substantial changes need to occur or we will support replacement with a new Organization that is more in line with the times and our values.

We are unable by rule to comment on the current allegations publicly, but rest assured we intend to defend the integrity of this university and our athletic system to the nth degree using all tools and our exposure including active litigation.

To that end, I am pleased to announce that we have already retained the following law firms to investigate the allegations contained in this LOA and to take whatever actions they deem necessary to protect Louisiana State University, and our athletic program.

list at least 6 law firms in Louisiana, I in DC, and the firm in birmingham

frick them

I imagine he is shrewd enough to navigate the process while "cooperating" enough to not frick everything up. But I agree that too much cooperation and giving up too much is foolish in this day and age. Deny, deny, deny and make them prove their allegations.

There would be a ton of missed calls and glanced-over texts if I was “cooperating” with these fricks.

When does cooperating with these fricktards ever help anybody except protect blue blood programs?

We already concurred with the football infractions and took action. They have no evidence that any money was given to Smart or his family. LSU response: accept the football infractions and deny that any infraction occurred between Wade and Smart.. The IARP has nothing that will standup in Court. Case closed!

DO NOT COOPERATE. YOU OWE THEM NOTHING.

By cooperating you only invite trouble. Tell them to GTFO.
