Anyone know any details on this? Looks like a house that got completely remodeled a few years ago.

Update: Selling price not disclosed but Jason & Jennifer Borne paid $1.8 million for the property in 2019. It's at 3267 E. Lakeshore Dr. The university extended Kelly a $1.2 line of credit for the purchase of a home. Home was purchased through 3267 E. Lakeshore Drive LLC.

yes

And two things about that house

1. The outside is terrible and looks so cheap. Like a DR Horton take on a plantation style house

2. It has zero privacy. You are stuck out in plain view of everyone and everything

Jason upgraded the crap out of that home from what he showed me.

It looks a lot better since they renovated it but it could use some trees out front

It looks run down on google maps but I'm sure he can afford reno

Location wise looks awesome to me. He has a full panorama of the lake. This is all not considering crime and what not, I'm not local.

Did they update the outside? The material of the house and structure always looked so cheap to me. And the lack of landscaping was so strange. I can’t imagine Brian Kelly living there. That house sits on such a platter. Looking out your window woukd feel like the whole world is watching you

That house has zero privacy and always has foot and bike traffic passing in front. I wouldn't want to live there

That looks 1,000 times better than it yada too. Privacy is still an issue though. It sits on a beautiful setting, just unfortunate the ways the roads work around it

But from this cheap looking crap

To this

Is a monumental improvement

ETA: we sure that’s the same house?

The guy that owned it was a dickhead who refused to Landscape it when it was built
