Sounds great, but now I'm sincerely worried about flooding in NOLA screwing things up on Saturday.

I think its stupid how they are refunding everyone. I don't see the problem with transferring the tickets I would say a LARGE majority of LSU fans that bout the HTX game tickets were from NOLA or BR anyway. So now all these people that put the time money and effort into getting to Houston for the game may not even be able to go to the game in their own town because they will be in such high demand

How does that work when the section number, row number, and seat number on your ticket does not correspond to the Suoerdome section numbers, row numbers, and seat numbers?

Some streets in Lakeview are flooded now. I think there's something going on with a pump there. They're supposed to get more rain and so things might not be great there.

As long as there's just problems in Lakeview, things should be fine. But it all depends on the rain I guess.

I'm not saying there wasn't damage, but even that night it wasn't like the city shut down, and that was with ahigher total in a matter of hours

Optimally if you have tickets you would be given a 12 hour window in which you can exercise two options

1. Get a transfer ticket into a correlating section assigned by the powers in charge....pick up at will call. Example if you were in the upper deck on the sidelines in NRG then you are on the upper deck sideline in the dome

2. Get a refund

Funny & typical of Tiger fans. J.A. has been crucified the past 3 days out of fear he would mess up the game relocation. Despite his having no control over it. Now, the game is in N.O. and not one word of praise in going on 4 pages now. Obviously he did some talking.

I went out tonight to buy supper out and while listening to Ms. Sports Talk Radio, they said about 6:30 that the Superdome would host the game in NO.

Let's be careful not to reveal to anybody at ESPN that the Mercedes Benz Superdome is the site of "ROBERT E. LEE FIELD".

It went on like normal. Who ran?

And I attended a big party at the Riverview Room that night with no issues.

Wonder how many LSU fans will actually show up? According to this board the majority are boycotting NOLA

Why?
