Final Four????
Final Two????
National Championship????

What do you think the peak for LSU basketball would be since they're the only one of the big 3 to never win a championship

If by peak you mean the best case scenario, I think this guy can win multiple national titles. When you consider what he did with this team this year and how he recruited in his first year taking over an abysmal program, I just don't see how you don't say that the peak is multiple titles.

Year 3- nat title
Year 5 ncaa drops the hammer on 25 of the top 30 teams.
Year 6 LSU is the last man standing. 2nd title. 1st of 3 in a row
Year 7 Wade is 1st 20 mil/year coach
Year 10 Wade wins 5th title in 1st 10 years.

1989. Chris Jackson was must-see TV still never seen anything like him. And college basketball all-around was much better than. Mid 80s to mid 90s was the peak

If this becomes even half reality that would be insane

If the team clicks next year and have no injuries, could be a great time to be a tiger fan in basketball, regardless WW is the shite and I’m all in, love his arse!

It took Donovan a long time though. I think Wade will have more early success

I am hesitant to be too optimistic, but my life would be complete if we could win it all in hoops. We have multiple football and baseball titles and the Cubs won the WS. My soul would be at peace when I die if my hoops team could pull it off.

Year 3 will likely not be as good as year two. Next season is THE year to compete. Reid, Waters and others may be gone after next season. 18-19 is "all in" for LSU. Veteran backcourt combined with a talented and athletic frontcourt and a PG that can orchestrate it all.

Valid point. Only argument is that we don't know what kind of class is gonna come in for year 3. If he can get the #3 class after last year, I would expect another good class. I realize there were factors in getting these guys here, but I have faith in Wade.

National Title for sure would be the peak. If Florida can do it, we can too. Not like we have never been close making the final four multiple times.

Even Butler made the national title game TWICE
