This is what I've found so far. Any input anyone else has is welcome. This list includes current players and incoming recruits.
Hal Hughes - Cape Cod - Harwich Mariners
Wes Toups - Prospect - Danville Dans
Hayden Travinski - Perfect Game - Saugerties Stallions
Gio DiGiacomo - Cape Cod - Bourne Braves
Drew Bianco - TCL - Baton Rouge Rougarou
Cade Beloso - Cape Cod - Bourne Braves
Saul Garza - Cape Cod - Chatham Anglers
Brandon Kaminer - South Florida - Pompano Beach Clippers
Mitchell Sanford - Perfect Game - Saugerties Stallions
Gavin Dugas - Cape Cod - YD Red Sox
Braden Doughty - Cal Ripken - Gaithersburg Giants
Cade Doughty - Cal Ripken - Gaithersburg Giants
CJ Willis - Northwoods - Wisconsin Rapids Rafters
Chase Costello - Northwoods - Kokomo Jackrabbits
Rye Gunter - PGCBL - Amsterdam Mohawks
Daniel Cabrera - Cape Cod - Harwich Mariners
Ray Torres - South Florida - Boca Raton Blazers
Incoming freshman Collier Cranford was scheduled to go to the Great Lakes League, but he recently had Tommy John surgery. Last night on the broadcast Ben McDonald said they expect him to be available to start the season though.
I'm a little dismayed by the fact that the only pitcher on the list is the incoming JUCO transfer. We have guys that haven't thrown a lot of innings this season that could use the summer innings to develop. Only Beck, Vietmeier, and Hess threw last summer.

Man I wonder what hook up Hughes and Garza got to go to the Cape

If none of our pitchers throw this summer it won’t hurt my feelings.

Cape Cod assignments are largely done back in the fall
Hughes defense is legit
If he could just hit in the 270-280 range he would be fine in the lineup
The Garza injury took away a lot of his development time both behind plate and at the plate
He has shown enough recently to at least make you think he will be much improved next year

So don’t expect to see him next season?

I'm guessing Marceaux, Hill and Henry were all ticketed for the Cape but maybe not pushing it during summer will benefit them.
Hopefully Storz and Labas can get back for next fall as well

He's a position player, middle infield, so the recovery time may be shorter, I don't really know. I was expecting that he would redshirt, so I was surprised to hear Ben say on the broadcast that he would be ready to go next season.

Even guys like Threadgill, Ripoll, Gunter, and George?
ETA: I think Fontenot could use some time in the Cape as well.

Maybe over thinking here, but does this list not having a summer assignment for Smith mean he is expected to go in the draft and we are not expecting him back for his senior year?

Agree P2294. Thank you for doing all of this.

Pretty much exactly that.

I think he's kind of proven now he's not really capable of that in this league.
Unless of course he does a complete 180 at the plate next year, there's always that. Seems like on this level his peak is defensive replacement at 3B/SS/2B when you need it.

The Northwoods League rosters aren't all showing yet, but we normally have several guys there.
Cabrera doesn't have an assignment yet, but I would guess a combo of the Cape and Team USA for him. Only two guys have been named to Team USA so far.
We also normally send an incoming recruit to the Cal Ripken League. That roster isn't up yet either. I'm thinking that could be a landing spot for Cade Doughty.

You are right, Smith will not be back next year.

Welp at least he won't have to move out of his apartment.

Do the players receive any benefits from playing in these leagues? Like what is the deal with housing and money to live off of? Do the teams pay them like a type of per diem to cover their travel expenses?
Also, do the teams get anything for winning the championship?

Ha. He's also listed as a Catcher on their roster.
