Willie Bloomquist did not hold back on the departure of Luke Hill on the last day of the transfer portal window, saying that some teammates are glad he's gone:

"Matter of fact, a lot of them feel like we're going to be better without him and the attitude he showed at times."

that's a pretty shitty thing for a head coach to say about a kid, even if it is true.

Curious why people are saying Noot sitting out next year recovering is a done deal. Had to dig back, but the staff knew in advance that he wouldn't pitch last year. Earliest confirmation that I could find is from Johnson at the end of January. Can't find any definite info on when he had his surgery, but from injury to opening day 2024 it will likely be at least 13 months of recovery time.

Bloomquist is a jackass.

I think he'll be on the 40 man roster next year just like Coleman was

Where is Ackenhausen? I still don't see him on page one list of returning players

I'll fix that. It looks like a whole section of the OP got deleted while I was editing one time.

Yeah, Nate, Will, and a header for the next category of players somehow got erased.

Is everyone thinking that Reaves is going back to Blinn?

That seems to be the case, but I'm leaving him on the list for the time being because it really just doesn't make sense.

Yea, Reaves & Larson seem to be the only guys that we're not sure of right now. Starting to look good with Larson though.

A lot of Orioles signings are being announced right now so we will probably see Cooper and Money get announced soon.

Dumb why Pearson gets to stay if he struggles. Kling is just as good as a defender as Pearson

Pearson saved the season in Omaha and came up clutch over and over late in the year. He’s absolutely earned one spot.

Id say we need to keep both for their baserunning speed as well. Pearson was flying at the end of the year.

Last time I saw a Tweet, Pearson was hitting like .360 in summer ball. Seems the late season momentum may be here to stay.

And he's absolutely one outfield spot.
