I don't know what happened, but it seems the best posters were banned, and that's bullshite. They made great contributions to the baseball talk on this board, and we all know that LSU baseball is criminally underappreciated on this board. The baseball talk may die on this board unless those posters are reinstated.

Ok. Well in regards to the weekend starters I've always referenced the ace as the Friday night starter. Is that still applicable these days with all the SEC network changes? The hard questions need to be answered.

That number is inaccurate.
But Beary brings up a great point, how many times will our ace be forced to start game 2 of a series because of the Thursday starts? We might be starting TBA on a few Game 1s.

I think it was more about what day the series starts on. We always say the ace is the Friday night guy, but since half our SEC series start on Thursday, then the normal Saturday starter would be the Friday night guy for those.

It was more in reference to the ace going out on Thursday so he is no longer the "Friday night" guy but I agree with Ell, i'm keeping the habit.

I only heard a little in the car just now, but Kyle Peterson was on with Hannigrif. They were talking about Vandy when I was listening but I'm sure they got some LSU talk in there. I'll have to find it on the 104.5 website later.
