Something about that game that many people forget were the two big home runs earlier. Their guy was cruising before the two home runs. While the 2 run home run only tired it, I think we pretty much win it on that play. (aka 2 run home run)

Between the 2nd and 8th innings of that game, LSU didn't get a single hit.

They hit 2 dingers in the eighth inning. I remember Barbier was one, but I don't remember the other.

I'm looking into it. I actually wish it was a F/S/S series. Those T/F/S series are tough to make.

In terms of my favorite games..
LSU vs UC Irvine Game 2 2008
LSU vs Texas Game 1 CWS 2009
also a personal favorite: LSU vs Arkansas Semifinals of the CWS LSU won 14-5
Favorite non-LSU game would be either:
2009 Regionals Texas vs Boston College that went 25 innings
or Arkansas vs Virginia in the 2009 CWS.
Guess I really enjoyed the 2009 CWS
In terms of my favorite games..
