According to this guy. Apparently he covers the Twins.

Larson is our 3rd rated highest baseball recruit. We could potentially sign everyone except Blake Mitchell who went #8 in the MLB Draft

Pretty amazing …I’m glad I’m not Jay having to decide who won’t be staying.

Would be amazing only losing one person in the draft.

There's going to be someone that will get processed during fall ball, and it may come as somewhat of a shock.

With the amount of outfielders we have, it's not out of the realm of possibility that a guy like Frey could be playing baseball elsewhere if he doesn't have a good fall.

And Mitchell signed way below slot value. Sometimes there’s nothing you can do.

Whatever Jay and staff are doing to get these guys to BR is working.

He was one of those commits that really had no reason to come. You get in with those guys in case they get injured or for some reason just fall further than expected. It was obvious he was gonna be top 10-15 and make several million. Good luck to the kid, I can’t imagine getting that kind of money at 18.

I don’t think it will be that tough. We have plenty of holes to fill

i mean, they actually redshirted 2 other freshmen OF over Frey.

If Frey leaves it will be because he wants to play sooner than later.

I don't want to lose Frey because he looks to have good potential, but I could see him being a casualty because the positions I could see him playing at (OF, C, 1B) there's a lot of competition and he may not fit in anywhere. Just a few years ago we would have killed for a player like that and I suspect there will be many teams that would kill to have him. We'll see how it all shakes out, but the LSU train looks to still be rolling through the off-season so far. Lot of production to be replaced but we've got a lot of shiny pieces returning and coming in.

Johnson won’t process Frey I can promise you that. Johnson was always quick to point him out throughout the year if he leaves it’s because he doesn’t want to wait to play. He’s too talented to get processed

Frey won’t be a casualty unless he wants to leave on his own accord. There are many other much obvious cuts if needed
