So today I should look for it on twitter? I was too dumb to find a way to watch it yesterday since our regular guy was down

Much more interest in LSU baseball because of Cajun and the ability to watch it. Shutting this down does the opposite of what the expected outcome of this will be long term.

2009 sounds about right. I'm impressed by your memory.

Originally started for people who didn't have access to watch. Going back to the days of certain games being available only regionally, like only on CST I think.

So many out-of-towners and alternative cable providers didn't even get the games. Wanting to help those people watch the team they love so much.
There was no SEC network in the beginning to carry most of the games.

Coach Paul Mainieri's own brother was beyond thankful for the streaming provided, because it was the only way for him to help their father watch the games. And his dad never wanted to miss a game. There were some games it was simply not possible for him to get while living in Florida. That made me feel terrible for fans out of state.

These were different times. Side note, his brother is an awesome human and CPM is also a class act.

Then there were times people had various streaming issues and it was an alternative way for people with streaming difficulties. Sometimes the alternative way just worked better than original app. This was especially helpful for elderly people who had issues with finding a solution.

Then it became players own parents asking for help with archiving games, because they wanted all the footage possible of their kids playing at LSU.
Especially out-of-town parents who couldn't make the games. Not even contacting the companies or school for this could help them with this.

Over the years it became a fun community to watch together with a live chat that it didn't matter if you already had the services.

That's what people like this Ragin guy and all his fake outrage refuse to admit. Many already pay, but still seek out college games online, because
it's a more enjoyable experience watching with others online.

This season blew up unlike any other. I think in part, because of the idea of trying to do extra for other schools fan bases. Trying to help as many people as possible.

I'm not much of a trash talker, but it's fine for those who are. I just want to help whoever however I can and I don't feel like I have many other skills to offer. I just like to help people if and when I can. And there were so many nice fans. Arkansas fans have actually really impressed me this season and are worthy of mentioning.

Again, I don't appreciate this Ragin Review guy who singled out a channel pretending to make it about a moral or poverty thing. If true, why only the LSU channel? A place providing a fun experience for all to enjoy. The rights are up to the holders, but why go to social media to whine about it?
How exactly was that hurting him/them? He wanted to talk about how soft it would be to delete a post he claimed he didn't delete? Yet, just how soft is he that he felt the need to run to social media and put an entire community on blast? What kind of person lets that affect them to that level? I'm not even mad at these people, but I truly don't get the issue here other than some sort of hatred towards a particular group of fans. So why not keep that same energy when there are probably thousands of Channels dedicated to streaming college athletics on YouTube? Many of those other channels have anywhere from 50k to over 100k subscribers. And many of those Channels are somehow manipulating the system to also be monetized. This Channel has never and will never be monetized, because I don't think that should happen. So either keep that same energy towards the others or don't.

My hope is they could see a different side to it or the actual heart behind it. I don't wish anything ill towards them. I have no hate in my heart, but I do wish all that extra stuff would stop.

Times are tough, but I won't get into that as I will continue to stay private, but a lot of people are hurting and it's already a cruel world as is. Why act like that? I'm not really well, but I don't feel the need to act miserable towards others. Why purposely try to ruin a good thing for others? Because you don't like the school or its fans? That's immature. All the attention has been overwhelming and even uncomfortable at times, but the love and support shown has been really nice to see.

It was never about providing a way for people to watch, so they could avoid paying. It was about providing a solution to a vast number of legit streaming issues that could arise.

It was about connecting with a community to enjoy something we all love together.

There was an issue earlier this week that I won't speak upon, but will never ever happen again. I hope that it is okay. I believe Kendall whenever he says he doesn't shut streams down. I believe Kendall cares about the services he provides which is why he sometimes lets others slide. Even though he has a right to go after them. I understand people are rightfully upset if they had issues with his services, but I respect whenever he shows up to try and make things right. I appreciate any group that covers college baseball. Recognizing all of this lead me to a decision not to go public this weekend and rather watch with a very select few of friends. It's not the same and I miss the live online community, but I am down bad. Nobody got my channels banned. I chose to remove them all.

If there is or was a stream on YT for these weekend games it has nothing to do with me.

Maybe if and when things cool down a bit things will return with some minor tweaks. I love everyone.

I’ll gladly pay if it works.

But I’m not taking a chance it’ll actually work anytime in the near future

Though I never participated directly, I am glad you made something we love so much available to so many.

I'll say it for you: I hope a Tiger fan catches up with Cajun Dickhead at Sonic, and shoves his "Pelican Park All Star Edition" Demarini all the way up to his colon!

You’re a good dude Cajun and provided a lot of people a way to watch that normally wouldn’t be able to. I’ve used it off and on for years when I was out of state or on the road or something like that.

Those ragin guys are bitches, them. I highly doubt anything they did was altruistic in any way. It screams of jealousy because they can’t get their lame site off the ground.

Rogers claimed someone notified him about DJ's stream (It was Larry Thibodeaux - if you read his X post) and Rogers declined to stop her.

If this is true then you have to give credit where it is due. Some people will buy his product and others will only watch through some sort of stream. I’d be all for him trying to find a way to monetize both groups but don’t piss off an entire fanbase by ruining our YouTube dude for an entire season

Absolute legend. I’m one that pays for ESPN+ and still prefer to watch games with the online community you’ve built. ESPN is just my backup plan, lol.

It sounds like you’ve got the right view on the unwanted attention. Stuff like that usually blows over if you lay low for a bit. Tyfys.

Up to you.

And when I say I believe Kendall when he says he doesn't shut streams down I don't mean he doesn't ever. I just mean the times when he says he didn't. I'm sure if there are streams today he probably will shut them down. That's his right. I just have a different opinion on him, because of something else.

I'm not looking to publicly do this stuff when it comes to the subscription stuff. ESPN is big enough that they do not seem to care about college athletics, at least not until the postseason.

I just wanted to get this response out on this username, so I hope the admins are cool with it.

And to the OP, I meant to say 2008* sounds about right.
