He started on the bench to for two games during the SEC tournament just two weeks ago.

He started more because Nola wanted him out there, not much else to say. His starts would have been similar to last year otherwise.

Happens all the time. It isn't necessarily about money or draft position.
Johnny Dishon was leaving regardless. Foster probably leaving regardless. It is more than speculation.
