i asked this question awhile back but no one knew the answer.
anyway it appears the construction they were doing by the box last year was for a new parking lot. Not RV, just regular parking. It's by the batting cage building.

Besides Catcher, the bullpen is the biggest question mark. It could be really bad or it could be really good. Lots of new faces and unknowns.
