I really wish they would update The Box before anything else. It’s inexcusable that the best program in college baseball could be this far behind, especially when we were the staple as to what your baseball facilities should be like.
In terms of facilities needing upgraded the PMAC is number 1-5.

They are updating the non-public areas. Adding a better training room, indoor practice bullpens, and a better players lounge

LSU Athletic Facility Updates in 2023?
Athletics is still paying off the loans they took out to cover pandemic losses.
Expect no major changes until 2024 unless TAF lands some major unplanned donations

Wasn't it the best around just like 10 years ago?

Tiger stadium needs work big time. Shrink it down and make it nicer. No one wants those nose bleeds

In a perfect world where money doesn’t matter.
Build track and field a new indoor/outdoor facility out past Alex Box.
Build a brand new PMAC on the site of Bernie Moore. Build in such a fashion to bring back concerts and other revenue streams.
On the site of PMAC, build an all inclusive health, wellness, cafeteria for all sports.
Inside Tiger Stadium, reduce capacity in the NEZ and build foundation that can support a video board that goes the width of the field. Tear down the old weight rooms/treatment rooms and build a much larger locker room and club room that has field access. Players can walk from locker room through the club to the field. Similar to ATT Stadium.

A source told me the next Gen football field is coming to lsu first, there will be suites under the playing surface and this new grass is see through from underneath giving elite season ticket holders the opposite of the sky cam view.
