My point was that he wouldn’t be benched anywhere else for batting .277 as a very good defensive SS. I wasn’t making direct comparisons with other league SSs.
As for the above, he could give a couple of them a run for their money. But he still unquestionably starts for over half of the best league in college ball and probably 85% of programs looking across D1. Do you disagree with that?
