Most of the pitches haven’t been good enough. Then they are also holding up on several where we you would often get a swing and miss on one that lands out of the zone.

Obviously not. The pitches out of the zone have to be competitive enough and deceptive enough to fool guys. None of the pitchers we’ve sent to the mound outside of Schmidt has been able to do this, and he wasn’t great either.

Definitely. The pitches meant to be in the zone don’t have enough movement and the ones out of the zone are not competitive far too often.
And it’s been from bad to worse on turf mounds. It’s almost like we need something to practice on since we see them often enough in conference.

I know SEC coaches have alluded to UGA cheating, but now they would have had to hack the in-ear communication to know what pitch is coming. That seems difficult.
