I get that Jay wants Jones batting, and that’s the best way to fit him in the lineup. But we still like to gripe when Tre would have done better at first. We want perfection plus.

I didn't see the 1st questionable play... so I can't rule on that 1
the 2nd questionable play should've absolutely been ruled a base hit... SS had to charge the ball and his throw was still very close to being safe... only should've been an error if the runner had gotten to 2nd base
if I'm the SS... I'm definitely begging coach to talk to the scorer about that 1
