Need to a little more want to on the glass. Too many time we have guys in position but looks like they're waiting for the ball to come to them instead of going after it and taking it.

We have sucked on 3s, but yet we keep taking them with not a soul around the goal if we miss (which we do). And then when we do have guys around, everyone starts running back to play defense as soon as our shooter releases it. That's a Wade problem I've noticed for a while.
