So far it looks worse. At least last year we won 12 out of our first 13.
This year they're just flailing out there on the court; no game plan, no execution

I wish I could give you some stat. Some data point. Some excuse to say you are wrong. Some silver lining for hope. Sadly, I can’t.
For as terrible as LSU shot in the first half, they at least played with effort on the offensive glass to stay in the game. 5:00 into the second half that effort was gone and the team folded…like last year’s did so many times. We’ve seen what really bad looks like under McMahon FAR too many times. It looks like tonight.
I’ll continue to watch, because I always have. But my expectation level is at the lowest I can remember.

I will fully acknowledge my lack of technical knowledge of basketball and strictly go by the input of baws I trust-we don’t do anything well.
I haven’t heard a single fan or poster say “well we do this particular thing well”. Nah, we are awful.
I actually like the staff he’s surrounded himself with more than Pear’s after the ncaa witch hunt. We are in contention for quite a few top guys his first two seasons, so NIL is solid. I just think we’re that bad to the point it isn’t worth an NIL deal.
I’ve said it for awhile but zero doubt in my mind we throw the HOUSE at Scott drew with his lsu ties and Baylor being in limbo with the new conferences and frankly even more competition in the Big 12. He just screams a competent Woodward hire and I think we can land him if we would actually move forward renovating the PMAC.

Also despite technical knowledge I have been on this state fair ride of a program since day one, baw! I can’t believe I hated fricking John Brady. I can’t believe my family hates dale brown. I’d kill 10 randos for that consistency.
tPear witch hunt took a lot of energy from me as an LSU fan. College sports are very much politics and we are the ole miss football to them for basketball.

Would love to have him but I just don't know if he'd leave Baylor. He's been coaching there for ages. I wouldn't want to leave that program for our dumpster fire unless I was getting a boatload of cash

Opponents aren't "shooting over" LSU's short guards. They are taking the shots LSU is giving them. And LSU is giving them 3's
Funny that we were talking about this before the game and it came to fruition. Carlos was closing out on taller players (because we run a switch everything with a 6'1'' SG) and was getting shot over. His contests weren't doing anything. Happened a solid 3 or 4 times.
