I’m curious to know…. If someone steals in the middle of his toe taps, does he have to come set before pick off?
Maybe I’m having a brain fart, but I would think he’d have to come set before throwing the ball, giving the base runner the advantage.

I’m still wondering why they haven’t stolen on Travinski more. If I were an opposing coach I’d tell everyone if he has his knee on the ground you’ve got the green light.

We got into their bullpen before the first inning was over today...we thought that we would wear their bullpen down and have an advantage tomorrow. Instead:
Reyzelman has thrown twice this series
Gervase has thrown twice this series
Cooper has thrown twice this series
Veitmeir has thrown today
Fontenot has thrown today
Money and Hilliard have already thrown as starters.
We basically have Collins, Floyd, Dutton, Taylor who haven't thrown at all...one of them likely starts tomorrow. I guess Veitmeir and Fontenot are your end of the bullpen guys. Surely he doesn't throw somebody 3 days in a row.

The runner is dead if he sees him stealing whether he has to come set or not.
