he booted a ball and then the last DP he didnt look the runner back at 2nd, then set his feet as if to make a routine throw yet he skipped it to Dean who bailed him out

it was obviously in his head as u could see at the end of the game, he didnt even toss the ball back to Ott as he asked for it back, he threw it to the ground in disgust.

I didnt know if Delatte was hurt or why he wasnt in. I wasnt trashing Didier either, he is young. I was just commenting on what went on. He was obviously feeling the pressure of the situation

Do you mean this?:
quote:

ground ball hard through Didier for a single to left
I can't see what happened but apparently what you call "booted" is what rabbit called a hard ground ball single that went through Didier.

quote:

then the last DP
Do you mean the DP where Didier applied the tag to the runner trying to get to third base to complete the double play to end the game? Yeah, he really fricked that one up! What a choke job that was!!!

quote:

I wasnt trashing Didier either,
So saying a kid "shite his pants under pressure" is not trashing him? What lexicon do you use?

I'm not trashing you, LE, but you're a complete a-hole when it comes to your comments about those kids busting their asses to win a game.

You could have said "it looks like Didier displayed some freshman nerves in the ninth inning" rather than your "shite his pants" comment. You constantly make hyper-critical comments about LSU players. Does that make you feel superior or something? I'm glad to see most other posters on this board are wise to you, too. Your agenda is pretty obvious.

unless he made an error earlier in the game, he was credited with an error. He should have made the play. I saw it with my own eyes

did you watch the game? hahaha shite. Im not even going to try and explain the play if u think him tagging the guy made the play.

lol, i merely commented on what happened. Sorry if the words "shite his pants" is too harsh for you. He nearly made 2 errors in 2 plays, and could have cost us the game. What do u want me to say?

He knew it too, because it was obvious by watching his body language after the game.

It doesn't make me feel superior. It was just a comment on the game.

what is my agenda, if it is so obvious?

Which means he made ZERO errors on those plays and his plays (fielding a ground ball, throwing the runner out at first base and then going back to third base to tag the runner trying to advance from second base) ended the game with a double play tag on a base runner, who happened to be the tying run.

You're a sissy who never played sports and you're jealous of young guys who can do something you never could accomplish. Plus, you hate LSU.

I'm going to breakfast now. GFY.

he had an error according to the official box score

and if u think its normal to set your feet, not check the runner back to second base, then take 2-3 steps towards 1st base and then skip the throw, then i dont know what to tell you.

Its obvious he was feeling the pressure, and thats all I was commenting on, stalker..

I can't help being old (I doubt if you will live to make it), I'm not fat anymore, I'm not a computer geek by any stretch of the imagination, I don't own a pair of jorts (in that photo of me in Kuwait I was wearing khaki cargo shorts, not jorts. You do know that "jorts" is the abbreviation for "jeans shorts," don't you?) and I've never worn tube socks in my life. You got 1 out of 5 correct. You just "shite your pants" under pressure to respond on a message board.

That's what I thought. It's pretty obvious you've never played organized team sports.

I know.

You mean your momma paid for you to go to Omaha, don't you? You'd have to get a paying job before you could pay your own way.....

And I don't recall ever reading you unfairly criticizing an LSU baseball player, either. It makes a difference, IMO, that guys who have played the game usually don't take unwarranted shots at players, like LE does.

Obviously I'm not the only poster who questioned the substance of your comment about Didier, regardless of whether I saw the play or not.

A freshman player almost makes an error but instead starts, and finishes, a double play on it to end the game, and to you, he "shits his pants." Awesome, "non-unwarranted" commentary by you, Lester!

It's pretty apparent your comment started the "frick up" in this thread.

All the time?? like when?

I dont think you know what "unwarranted" means. I am always fair with my criticisms. And my praise always goes unnoticed it seems.

So you are saying Didier didnt make an error tonight? Do you know how to read a box score??

quote:

E - SEVER, J. 2(3); ROONEY, C.(1); BRUBAKER, T.(2); BYWATER, M.(1); Hanover(2); Didier(1)

That "E"....that stands for error.

on the next play he 2 hopped a throw when he had all the time in the world. Dean bailed the team out big time or the tying run scores. He was rattled, bottom line. I dont care what you say. (You didnt even see the game)

quote:

Obviously I'm not the only poster who questioned the substance of your comment about Didier,

pretty sure he questioned it because he didnt see it either

because that would be the only reason someone would question. Because if they saw it, and understood baseball, they would have saw the same thing.

naw your stalking of me fricked it up pretty bad. You can never leave my post alone, always have to respond. Challenge yourself for Lent and dont respond to my posts

You're right. I don't know why LE pisses me off so much when he disses these kids, in almost any sport.

I guess it starts with his screen name. He honors a guy who almost single-handedly brought down the LSU basketball program for many years.

Think they do it to draw people into a discussion, rile people up. It works. We all get drawn in. Hows your trip?

So you are saying Didier didnt make an error tonight?
You wrote that he "nearly" made an error on the play when he started, and finished, the DP. That is what I am referencing.

quote:

E - SEVER, J. 2(3); ROONEY, C.(1); BRUBAKER, T.(2); BYWATER, M.(1); Hanover(2); Didier(1)
So what!?! You say just because a kid makes an error, that justifies you saying he "shite his pants"? Did all those other players who made errors tonight shite their pants, too?

quote:

I dont care what you say.
You obviously MUST care since you keep responding to my criticism of YOU!

quote:

naw your stalking of me fricked it up pretty bad. You can never leave my post alone, always have to respond.
bullshite! I have not responded to any of your posts in over two weeks...maybe closer to three weeks. I don't remember.

But today, when I read a pbp thread of a game I couldn't attend because I'm working out of the country to see what happened in the game, I see where you diss a kid saying he 'shite his pants under pressure' so I go back in the thread to see what you're talking about. I couldn't find anything rabbit wrote in the pbp which made Didier appear to 'shite his pants under pressure.' (Quote: "Diedier basically just shite his pants under pressure") So I asked you what did you mean by your comment?

You just made it worse when you tried to explain your comment. No stalking involved. If you don't want to be questioned about your clueless and classless negative comments, stop making them.

quote:

Challenge yourself for Lent and dont respond to my posts

Challenge yourself for Lent: stop making shitty comments about LSU players when they don't deserve the criticism.

You're probably right. But it still gets old to see pussies like LE who have never worn a jockstrap continually baselessly criticize kids who are working their asses off playing for LSU and doing a damn fine job representing the university.

Hows your trip?
Boring as hell! Besides the off day today, Monday is an Armenian holiday, which means I don't get paid for that day either! Plus, I'm missing LSU baseball games. Double !!!!!!

Thanks for asking.

Listen, if you're gonna try to correct the dude and focus on "nearly," at least use the correct word, which is "almost." Look it up.
