It’s going to take a couple of weeks. Last night was good, but that was likely an anomaly. But things are bad enough at the moment that Jay has to throw him back in there.

A lot of people probably don’t want to hear this but Stanny was a career .250 hitter before his run in the second half of last season. Maybe he just had a hot couple of months and this is the mean. He’s a great kid, maybe one of the best we’ve ever had in the program, but I do think he played a bit over his head last year. Glad hd did because we needed it but just saying

Maybe we can salvage a game 3 even though we’ve probably been the worst Sunday game team in the league under Jay(including with 2 national championship teams)
