LSU brings a very disciplined, professional plate approach this year and I have enjoyed watching it. They work counts and take what is given. Jared Jones exemplifies this. Kid is content to hit oppo singles and make an opportunity for Dickinson. Dickinson looks to be settling into SEC pitching. Milam will find his groove soon, too.
ETA: getting to watch Tommy Tanks consistently hit to the opposite field had a frickin’ STELLAR influence on Jared Jones, you can easily see.
