What was Milazzo's injury?

Hey Good,
My first game was in 1958 also, I was 6. Played Hardin-Simmons. I’ll never forget my impression walking through the portal in SE upper deck to see fans, lights players and green as far as I could see.
You picked a great name, wish I had thought of it.
Baseball was nothing when I went to school. My buds and I would go because we loved baseball, LSU and free entertainment.
LSU perfected college baseball and I never thought I’d say this but, I think Jay may just give Skip a run for his money.
Go Tigahs!!

I just got back from vacation, and this is still on the first page. You love to see it.

Hey Lou. Yeah, we were in the SE end zone, and when the Tigers ran out and formed 3 big circles to warm up, I was hooked. White, Go, and Chinese Bandits.
Let’s post some of our favorite plays and feelings about this championship. It will keep it on the first page and add to the thread.
It’s better than most threads that shows up anyway, why move it out?
My first thought is, “Tre to Milazzo”..
Held my breath when Crews crashed into the wall to make a catch.

I'll mention one I was there for, Pearson's catch in Game 1 against UF. It may not be remembered as well as other plays in Omaha, but if he doesn't make that play, we lose, right then and there.

:lol. Cheer, ya stole my next installment of Name That Play.
Big catch by Pearson. Both in importance and athleticism.
I’m glad that you could be there for it. I had seen your post about going.

Bookmarked for reference in February. The only thing that could beat calling BPB for a national championship is actually being there for it, and I'm so lucky it worked out that way.

I rewatched game 1 yesterday and that ball was absolutely crushed. Any spin and he doesn’t make the catch. I think they said 112 off the bat.
Agree with you.

I’ll drink to that.

It's August, and this thread is still alive. I know it'll be overwhelmed by football threads eventually, but I'm very happy that we made it this far.

Cheer mentioned that one. Get your own.
