I see UF gets the ball to start the second half. Did we win toss and elect to take it or did Florida win it and go on D?

UF won the toss.

Kelly has deferred a couple of times on the road this year.

I legit think we blow the brakes off of them 2H. Keep running Durham, and think we pull ahead late and win by 10-14

UF's starting QB, RB, and 2 WRs are out of this game. They just converted a CB to safety on defense, and their secondary has been shredded all year. We're tied 10-10 at halftime.

This UF team is scrappy. We are also their Super Bowl. All things considered we are in a great spot. We weathered the storm.

Too bad this wasn't the case last week.

We aren’t as good or as talented as Texas this season, dummy.

That said, they were in a closer game than we were at Arkansas today. Week to week in the SEC this year says nothing about the next week.

Nuss gets the one nice TD pass and the. Starts talking trash pointing at his jersey, only to follow up the next drive with a bunch of short throws and wasting the clock.

Oddly enough haven’t we lost every game deferring this year?

It's honestly unbelievable that we're tied.

Shows how bad Florida is. I’m not a huge Kelly fan but I think he is way better than Napier

People are ignorant.

With Lagway this team blew out Kentucky, took TN to OT, was toe to toe with UGA.

This was always going to be a war.

Lagway is infinitely better than Mertz though.

Other than 2 throws on their TD drive, the secondary has done a pretty good job with Lagway.

Maybe because he’s tired of Ramos missing every big kick he takes?

Agreed. My concern is whether he gets more opportunities to test those one-on-ones in the second half. He was on the bench for 20 minutes of that first half.

The first possession of the second will be big.

No he's not. He's more talented, and will be better before his career is done, but he's a freshman playing on one leg. Meanwhile, our 4th year QB is struggling against one of the worst secondaries in the conference.

If not for a miraculous NFL throw while being hit from nuss we wouldn’t have found the endzone in the first half against a horrific Florida team

Lagway looks pretty limited. He hasn’t tried to run one time. Almost all of his throws have been dangerous from Florida’s perspective. LSU just doesn’t have any ball hawks.
