Pretty sure Hess wasn't feeling it before he got hurt. Walked first 2 batters and had 3 balls to the 3rd batter before he hurt his groin. Hess never seemed comfortable playing on the concrete we are playing on.

Their line up still isn't scary though. Outside of misner, they're not good.

Why are we even swinging? I counted 3 called strikes that entire inning. Almost everything we watched go by was a ball and all most of our strikes came on foul balls.

LSU needs to step it up in some way. Not sure what it is they are lacking, but too much inconsistency.

We were talking about this staff being one of the best in the country before the season. Here you are pumping them for being 3rd in the SEC.
