Maybe it's just more of a lack of confidence in Kling. Imagine how terrible he must be in BP to continue starting Bingham. If they're both terrible, at least Bingham does have a better chance of running into one and hitting it out.
That's one thing that puzzles me about Kling. A guy that big and strong who pulls off the ball trying to pull it 400 ft. only barreled up and ran into 2 middle-in fastballs all year? Bingham sucks cock right now, but at least he has a history of being able to hit for average and some power. Kling hasn't really produced in 2 seasons. He has power, just can't find the barrel. You'd think he could close his eyes every swing and still run into more than 2.
