What a terrible inning.

This teams knack for going cold is remarkable.

It’s the top of the 3rd inning down 4-1, and why do I get the feeling this game is out of reach for us? Such a lifeless program right now, like everything has been drained and taken away from it. Wondering how we ever could have fallen like this. It’s sad to see.

They literally came back from a worse deficit 4 days ago.

Nope. If Arnold enters for defense whoever he was hitting for has to come out. Arnold could enter and a new pitcher could hit in Cranford’s spot. A double switch.

Arnold to 2B and Beloso or Sanford to DH would work as well no?

If we move DH to a position (Arnold to 2nd), I believe we lose the DH and the pitcher’s have to bat. Pitcher would hit in Cranford’s spot.

That’s the MLB rule.

Nah he would just have to bat for Cranford, which may or may not be an improvement

I’m not making a point that LSU can’t come back and win this game, they very well could. The point I’m making is it’s very early and it just feels like this game is out of reach already from the energy, to motivation, to everything else. Sad to say when you have no confidence after 2 innings.

Like when Jared Poche batted in his 7 inning no hitter? You’re wrong.

Teams are usually a reflection of their coach. Same as the way corporations and organizations are a reflection of their leaders.

That’s a lot of pressure on 1-5 knowing that 6-9 in the lineup are batting about a combined .185.

so Paul, Cranford & Milazzo are fair game, but not the rest of the team? OK, now I understand. Thanks
