What a terrible inning.
This teams knack for going cold is remarkable.

Crews & Dugas suck. Am I doing it right?

It’s the top of the 3rd inning down 4-1, and why do I get the feeling this game is out of reach for us? Such a lifeless program right now, like everything has been drained and taken away from it. Wondering how we ever could have fallen like this. It’s sad to see.
They literally came back from a worse deficit 4 days ago.

Its okay, the bottom of the lineup will pick them up

Nope. If Arnold enters for defense whoever he was hitting for has to come out. Arnold could enter and a new pitcher could hit in Cranford’s spot. A double switch.

Arnold to 2B and Beloso or Sanford to DH would work as well no?
If we move DH to a position (Arnold to 2nd), I believe we lose the DH and the pitcher’s have to bat. Pitcher would hit in Cranford’s spot.
That’s the MLB rule.

if Arnold enters the game for defense Marceaux has to come out.

Arnold up, Doughty on 1st, 2 outs
low, 1-0
grounded back to pitcher, out 1-3
low, 1-0
grounded back to pitcher, out 1-3

I’m not making a point that LSU can’t come back and win this game, they very well could. The point I’m making is it’s very early and it just feels like this game is out of reach already from the energy, to motivation, to everything else. Sad to say when you have no confidence after 2 innings.

McAllister, Collins, King due up in the bottom of the 3rd
UGA leads 4-1
UGA leads 4-1

Thanks.
We ain’t doing that until we finally decide to pull Marceaux out.

Like when Jared Poche batted in his 7 inning no hitter? You’re wrong.

Teams are usually a reflection of their coach. Same as the way corporations and organizations are a reflection of their leaders.

Cranford should walk home

That’s a lot of pressure on 1-5 knowing that 6-9 in the lineup are batting about a combined .185.
