Gotta take the points hoping I'm wrong. I thought it would be 3 or 4.
All of the ingredients off the field are in place with the night game, gameday, and a cool front coming in on Friday night.
That's got to be worth a few points I guess.
I don't trust our Oline against hope tier teams yet. Good or bad, the Oline status will be defined this week.

Lmao what an idiot. Y’all were gonna cover and beat us last year until you didn’t and Burrow looked likenJordan Jefferson. Calm down corndogs, Captain YawYaw will find a way to lose to Mullen AGAIN, making him 1-3 against Dan the Goat

they said the same for Auburn over a Florida.

yes, we’re at home and our offense is insane, but UF’s defense is very good. But the biggest factor for us is that Florida is coming off a very emotional win last week, and they now have to come to BR. We’ll have the emotional advantage.

Have you watched LSU this year?

Have you watched Florida this year?

Florida is a “Top25” team...LSU is a “Top5” team

It is what it is. I’m speaking generally, not actual current ranking of the teams.

Put your life savings on it then.

Vegas didn't build all of those fancy casinos off of giving away money.

It’s because inside info says Trask is out, apparently.

The line is factoring in something that we don't know about.

If Trask is playing then I think Forida covers. They're not going to win but they'll keep it within 14 points imo.

oh good grief this has NEVER happened. the o line was in bad shape last year. better this year. burrow is fantastic under pressure. perhaps the best in the country. lsu actually has a screen game this year. lsu's receivers will be more than a match for fla's db's. not saying lsu will win but fla is in for a tough challenge. although i do expect lsu to win by 10-14. i fully expect fla to hold lsu under 40 (which would be astonishing for any team) but it will be enough to overcome whatever lsu gives up.

I think the line is certainly appropriate. Florida's offense is severely lacking in explosive ability, and they have a QB who is not a good athlete, and now is injured on top of that. I expect LSU will be very aggressive in coming after Trask, and if LSU tackles like they did yesterday, Florida's offense has almost no chance.

And aside from Trask being immobile, did anybody notice how poor his pocket awareness was yesterday? I love this matchup for our defense. And I'm not sure there is a defense capable of holding LSU under 30. If Florida can't move the ball (which I expect to be the case) then their D will be gassed very quickly.

The rankings are not and SHOULD not be relevant in breaking down this matchup. I feel very Similarly about the Auburn game. Nix is an awful passer, and LSU's secondary is better than what he faced yesterday. I said weeks ago that even with a struggling LSU defense, I didn't think Florida and Auburn had the type of offenses that could keep up with LSU. I mentioned a few days ago that the notion that Auburn had improved because of what they did to Mississippi State was an overreaction, and that I thought that was just a fluky game against a bad team. After watching those two teams play each other yesterday, my feelings on both of them were pretty well confirmed.

And now that LSU figured out how to tackle? I think LSU is about to send Florida home with nightmares.

Facts only. Mullet owns Captain YawYaw, he’s smashed the Shrimp Boat Captain 84-49 in 3 meetings. LSU has faced the 90th, 105, & 125th literally in that order. NW St doesn’t even count because they’re D2. Burrow’s cocky arse hasnt seen shite compared to what he sees when the Gators roll into town Saturday
