My favorite advanced metric from the game-

The Tigers won
Cool story
I was renewing my tags and noticed the lady had an LSU mouse pad. Tell Jay Ward is aunt says HI.

A rough ride is better than a smooth walk....A Win is a Win but we have to do better.

Interesting how our man coverage greatly out performed when we were in zone.

Yep, exactly why I shared this. These give good glimpses into things. Surprised at the number of ‘oh yea, the score/who won dur’ responses as if I’m an auburn poster. Actually take things away from this

Only two metrics mattered.
Turnovers 4-1
Score 21-17
If they don’t turn it over , they win. We protected the ball and played good defense when it counted. This team is tough, in shape and can focus when it matters. A huge step in the right direction from the last two years.

Funny how everyone bitched when Les Miles just bashed Leonard Fournette against a nine-man front thirty times a game but they are OK with this passing attack. Do you guys even remember Joe Burrow? You are not winning consistently in the SEC without a QB and we don’t have one.

Who the hell is okay with the passing attack so far?
At least BK has acknowledged that Daniels needs to push the ball downfield and trust the WRs to make plays if we're going to keep winning games. Les would likely be thrilled with his performances simply because he isn't throwing INTs.

I worry about winning.
The coaches worry about how.

I have yet to see a single post suggesting anyone is okay with our offensive production. Þt

Les said this kind of shite all the time except it sounded like this "We have a great desire to pass the ball" or "we have a want for a passing game".

JD5 vs Man - Almost 40% success rate
JD5 vs Zone - Almost 10% success rate
Gonna see a basic, 4-man rush, stay in your lane and force him to hold onto the ball and beat you through the air the rest of the way. With some variations, this is what we’ll see.

Some people have way too much time on their hands, I suppose. I do wonder how our "Red Zone Success Rate" could possibly be 67% while our "Red Zone TD %" was 100%. I guess it wasn't a nerdy enough TD to count in the nerd chart.

Success Rate is defined at the bottom of the page. It’s not a measure of the success of the drive. It’s a measure of how effective each individual play was.
