Maybe, but for the 100th time, you have zero clue what she saw or based her judgement off of, nor do you know where her car was wrt the truck.
It’s ok to have an opinion, but gaslighting everyone as if that opinion is established fact is childish.

Lacy chose pass 3 cars on a 2 lane street. He chose to drive recklessly.
The gold truck was forced to drive defensively. Funyun lady was forced to drive defensively. You can argue the merits of her decision, after being forced into it, all you want. She was even given a citation for her actions. It’s ultimately irrelevant.
What isn’t disputable, no matter how hard you two try to do so, is that Lacy’s actions are the reason both of those vehicles had to make a defensive driving maneuver. THAT is exactly why he is culpable for his part in the collision.

Years ago I was rear ended at a stop light. Turns out the car behind me was rear ended into me, and the one behind them was rear ended by a 4th car, and the 4th car was rear ended by a 5th.

If Kia got in a wreck avoiding Lacy he would have more blame. Her wreck was because of her not being able to avoid Gold Truck, which was just driving normally down the road and then had to brake.
None of Gold Trucks actions shouldve put her in danger of hitting him or anyone, but did because she was tailgating/not paying attention.
Thats why she is 5. The car in front of her obeyed the law and she couldn't stop in time and wrecked.

Again, irrelevant with regards to Lacy. Her actions do not absolve another’s illegal actions.

Repeating it doesn’t make it true. You’re still wrong.
Lacy was the first to break the law. Lacy’s lawbreaking lead to a sequence of events that culminated in a wreck.

If green car wasn’t coming gold truck drives through the area without braking and pulling off the road. Funyuns never swerves. Kia never dies.
Step 1: Green Car
Step 2: Golf Truck
Step 3: Funyuns
Step 4: Collision
Cause -> Effect. Simple.
