I’ve seen “a” name posted several places. It’s been posted in comments on Kenny Lacey‘s Facebook page as well. At this point, it seems to have been scrubbed as I can’t find it again.

1. How did the accident happen if she didn’t cross the center line?
2. She was ticketed by your LOSO for crossing the center line.
3. the videos that LSPP put out show her car having crossed the center line.
What are you fricking talking about. no one disputes this.
if neither car crossed the center line the accident doesn’t happen,
that’s how roads work regard.

Bingo. Which is why the local DA was hesitant to press charges. The LSP decision to push for charges and the state trooper trying to influence a witness testimony are fishy AF. A review of this case is absolutely necessary.

That’s true, but he’s not 100% responsible for every reaction to his reckless driving, IMO. Her reaction doesn’t seem reasonable after watching the video. You aren’t absolved of driving like an idiot, just because someone is driving recklessly near you.
